Who we are

What data we collect

• Appointment requests: name, email, phone, preferred language and a brief reason for consultation that you choose to write.
• Newsletter subscription: email address and, optionally, your name.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone and your message.
• Technical data: aggregated, anonymous visit statistics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do NOT collect

We do not request or store medical records, test results, diagnoses, medications or any other detailed medical information through this website. The appointment form asks only for what is needed to contact you and reserve a time slot. Please do not include sensitive clinical information in the forms.

How we use your data

Solely to respond to your request, manage and confirm your appointment, send the newsletter if you requested it, and maintain anonymous site usage statistics. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

Appointment data is kept for as long as necessary for the care and administrative relationship. You may request deletion at any time. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do via the link included in every email.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to lissette@tutemplo.com. We will address your request within a reasonable time.

Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Data is stored on servers with restricted access and passwords are always stored encrypted. No internet transmission is absolutely infallible, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Minors

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we amend this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
